I've heard of a dress code at a restaurant but a no phone code? A new Italian restaurant named Caterina's in Fort Worth has a no cell phones allowed. As a matter of fact, customers must lock their cellphones in a bag that won't be unlocked until they walk out the door. I know we are on our phones too much but is this going to far?
