A Washington state trooper pulled a U-Haul truck over for a traffic stop; hanging out of the back of the box truck was a passenger vehicle that was being held in the truck by a single packing strap. Washington State Patrol Trooper John Bryant tweeted four pictures of the vehicle-in-a-vehicle and said, “I suppose it’s moving season.” The driver was cited for failure to secure a load and fined $139…oh, and since the driver didn’t have a valid license and the U-Haul was overdue to be returned, they impounded both vehicles.
