Hi, it's Leigh Ann. I personally don't think we should cancel trick-or-treating anywhere. That would be heartbreaking. I know the safety of our kids has to come first but surely there is a way we can make this safe. They did try banning it in Los Angeles County but officials walked back some of their "No Halloween" for kids after complaints. Officials initially nixed trick-or-treating along with haunted houses and parades. Now they say that trick-or-treating will be allowed but it's not recommended. How do you feel about this?
