About Daffy

Named one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies of 2024,” Daffy is the Donor-Advised Fund for You™—a modern, fast-growing platform for charitable giving. Launched in 2021, Daffy is on a mission to help people be more generous, more often. By removing barriers to giving and bringing innovation to the donor-advised fund space, Daffy makes it easier than ever to give consistently.

With no minimum to get started and industry-low fees, Daffy allows anyone to set money aside, invest those funds tax-free, and donate to over 1.7 million U.S. charities—like a 401(k) for giving.

Daffy also taps into the social nature of giving, helping people discover, inspire, and support the causes they care about most through features like Daffy Campaigns, Daffy for Families, and a real-time feed of community donations. And with modern fintech APIs, Daffy integrates directly with platforms people already use—like Betterment and Robinhood—to bring giving into the digital age.

Since its launch, Daffy has grown to thousands of members, with account sizes ranging from $10 to over $10 million. In 2024 alone, Daffy issued over $40 million in donations—while fund assets more than doubled, growing from $130 million at the end of 2023 to over $324 million by year-end.

Daffy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 86-3177440), like all donor-advised funds, and provides members with a single tax receipt for all contributions. To give with Daffy, visit daffy.org or search “Daffy” in the App Store.
