You should be cleaning your reusable bags after every shopping excursion. Not just now during the coronavirus pandemic, but always.
Fabric bags can be put in the laundry.
Plastic bags should be wiped down with a disinfecting wipe or spray or by washing them in warm soapy water. Make sure they dry completely.
