Lil Xan Doubts Whether Fiancee Annie Smith Faked Pregnancy, Miscarriage

Lil Xan is having doubts about his fiancee Annie Smith's pregnancy and apparent miscarriage.

Less than two months after the couple announced they were expecting their first child together, Smith took to Instagram on April 6 to reveal she miscarried. Now, in a new sit-down interview with No Jumper this week, the rapper admits he's not entirely sure if she ever carrying their child at all.

“I did not fake a pregnancy,” Xan asserted. “I saw two pregnancy tests with the line that said, ‘You’re pregnant,’ and I was like, ‘OK, so she’s definitely pregnant.’ But I didn’t watch her pee.”

Looking into it, the "TreeSap" artist did some investigating and discovered it's "pretty easy" to fake a pregnancy, although he's "50/50" on whether this was the case. Despite convincing signs of Smith's growing belly, Xan said he still had suspicions about her alleged miscarriage.

“We’re supposed to be getting some documentation from [hospital] Kaiser Permanente. … But I was like, 'I need the paperwork of the miscarriage that you had,'” said Xan. “This is another suspicious thing. I was like, ‘Go down to the hospital … and get the paperwork … saying that you had a miscarriage.’ But she came back saying, ‘Oh, I have to do this process and s**t.’”

While Xan adds that he wants to give Smith "the benefit of the doubt," the lyricist explained their relationship is currently "in limbo."

This isn't the first time Smith's pregnancy has been called into question. Weeks after breaking the pregnancy news, the 22-year-old was accused of faking her ultrasound in a video detailing her journey to parenthood with Xan. Smith denied these claims.
