Mario Batali is one of the few men embroiled in a sex harassment/assault scandal who is completely owning up to what is being alleged. Thing is? He doesn't seem to grasp the concept "timing is everything." In his weekly newsletter, the chef issued an apology for some of his "past behavior" (much like his initial public statement) and says he takes full responsibility for his mistakes.
Okay. Batali added that he will work to regain the trust of the public, also okay. But people are still unhappy with the chef. Why? He added a recipe at the end of his apology.
