Former President George H.W. Bush is going further into detail with his apology for alleged sexual harassment.
A representative for Bush 41 says he sincerely apologizes and explains his confinement to a wheel-chair causes his arm to fall on the lower waist of people with whom he takes pictures with. The representative says the president routinely tells the same so-called dirty joke and occasionally pats women's rears to put people at ease.
Bush apologized to actress Heather Lind who accused him this week of grabbing her behind while taking a photo a few years ago.
