More Texas Companies Help People Affected By Harvey

Last summer Producer Josh got all of his windows done. The guys at America's Choice did such a great job and were so friendly he said they made him feel like family. When Harvey hit Josh knew many of the guys at American's Choice were based in Houston so he reached out. Luckily, they were all safe. However, he was not surprised when they did not talk about how hard it had been for them, just what they were doing to help their neighbors who were less fortunate.

Our friends, America's Choice Windows are preparing to serve their local community and those impacted by Harvey.  They heard on the news that two out of every ten homes that were affected do not have flood insurance and therefore do not have coverage.  They told us that their hearts break for everyone that has been impacted and decided to come together to help meet each other's needs and give each other strength and comfort.

America's Choice is working directly with local charities to collect essential items to be distributed to those in need in the coming days.  As roads clear, they will be opening our 10,000 square foot facility to collect donations and would greatly appreciate any volunteers to help receive sort and aid in distributions.

The last thing any one wants is to have people who are devastated by the flood waters and having to face 10's of thousands of dollars for repairs to their home is to have to worry about where to find cleaning products or where their next meal will be coming from when stores are so depleted of needed items in the areas hit hardest
