Jerry Jones Donates $1-Million To Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

New York Giants v Dallas Cowboys

Say what you want about Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, but don’t say he doesn’t care about all of Texas.

Because after J.J. Watt, of the Houston Texans, saw his fundraiser—that originally had a goal of $200,000—hit the $12 million mark, the owner of that other—slightly more famous team in Texas—decided to donate.

During the Dallas Cowboys Salvation Army fundraiser telethon last night, owner Jerry Jones donated $1-million of his own cash.

It might not be a whole lot of cash for the billionaire, but it will most definitely do a lot to help in the recovery efforts.

But, considering every dollar counts for this tragedy, you can’t put a number on how amazing this was.
