We live in DFW, which means we take our queso very seriously. So imagine the buzz around North Texas when Chipotle announced that their test kitchen in New York City is finally serving queso dip.
I mean yes, the thought that NEW YORK might decide what their cheesy dip might taste like is mildly disturbing. However, this means that after they are done "testing" the dip, it can be in all stores.
I guess the CEO realized that every other competitor sells queso; so they should too.
