It was one week ago today that a suicide bomber attacked an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England killing 22 people and injuring dozens more. We are now hearing that Grande has plans for a Manchester benefit concert.
Grande took to Twitter on Friday saying, “My heart, prayers, and deepest condolences are with the victims of the Manchester attack and their loved ones. There is nothing I or anyone can do to take away the pain you are feeling or to make this better.”
Ariana went on to confirm an upcoming benefit concert in England. She didn’t specify a date, but sources are speculating that it will happen on June 4th.
Variety is reporting that Ariana and her manager, Scooter Braun, are personally recruiting other artists to take the stage, and that 100% of the proceeds will go to the victims’ families.
