Mystery of the Peeing Johnny Cash Water Tower Has Been Solved
A 38-year-old man in Arkansas was charged with two felonies for allegedly shooting a hole in a water tower. There was a mural of JOHNNY CASH on the tank . . .and the leak was in the PERFECT SPOT to make it look like he was PEEING down onto the town.
